Blaenavon to Usk Triathlon 26th April 2026
Powered by Blaenavon Male Voice Choir
On 26 April 2026, Blaenavon Male Voice Choir will once again swap tuxedos for trainers—this time taking on a 50‑mile triathlon from Blaenavon to Usk.
After the success of our 2025 Blaenavon to Usk ultra‑marathon, where nine choristers completed 28 miles as part of the London Marathon MyWay and raised thousands of pounds for the choir and men’s health, we’re going further—literally and figuratively. This triathlon is our next bold step in showing what a modern male voice choir can be: active, visible and community‑minded.
As a post script the choir won the BBC Radio Wales Hero's of the week award for the work done to highlight the choir and more importantly male mental health. Listen to the interview on Bronwen Lewis' show here (38 minutes)
